At Sven & Yalva, we carefully pack and ship every order to ensure it reaches you safely and on time.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Currently, we ship across India.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro & remote locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be communicated on the Website or checkout page.

5. DELIVERY PARTNERS

We work with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the partner’s serviceability and timelines.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that:

  • The delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate.

Sven & Yalva will not be responsible for:

  • Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Re-shipping costs arising from such errors

7. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

While we strive to deliver every order on time:

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or regulatory restrictions are beyond our control.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with resolution.

Refunds or replacements, if applicable, will be processed only after confirmation from the courier partner.

8. PARTIAL OR MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages based on product availability or logistics.

You will be notified if this happens.

9. UNDELIVERED OR RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping will be initiated only after confirmation, and additional shipping charges may apply.
